Mindful minutes

Completed sessions are saved to Apple Health as mindful minutes — automatically, after your first session.

One Bell only writes to Apple Health. It never reads your health data. Everything stays on your device.

Sessions under one minute are not recorded.

To enable or disable

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Health, then Data Access & Devices.
  3. Find One Bell in the list.
  4. Toggle Mindful Minutes on or off.
